L’association Expérience Internationale propose des stages agricoles (3 à 12 mois) rémunérés à l’étranger dans la plupart des productions en agriculture, horticulture, viticulture-œnologie.
Ces stages s’adressent à un public de jeunes (18-30 ans) possédant une formation technique agricole (minimum niveau bac pro) ainsi qu’une expérience pratique en exploitation. En outre, pour les pays anglophones, une connaissance suffisante de l’anglais est demandée.
Pour les jeunes, c'est une occasion unique de découvrir d'autres pays, des méthodes de travail différentes, d'autres cultures et modes de vie, et, souvent, de se perfectionner dans une langue étrangère.
Parallèlement, c'est aussi une opportunité de réfléchir à ses choix professionnels ou de les conforter, par exemple avant une installation, ou également d'enrichir son CV pour rechercher un emploi lors du retour en France.
Pour garantir les meilleures conditions de stages, l’association Expérience Internationale travaille en collaboration avec un réseau de partenaires dans différents pays : Europe, Etats-Unis, Canada, Australie, Nouvelle-Zélande.
Les départs sont possibles toute l’année en production laitière et en fonction des saisons agricoles pour les autres productions.
